With a deep passion for sports and mentoring young people, Jose is dedicated to creating opportunities that empower youth to grow, lead, and succeed. As CEO, Jose provides strategic direction, oversees organizational growth, and builds strong community partnerships to expand the nonprofit’s impact. His background in recreation services informs a dynamic approach to program development, fostering environments where teamwork, confidence, and leadership can thrive.
